A Mt. Washington Tavern Wedding on New Years Eve was pretty much guaranteed to be a good time. Colin and Kristen’s day did not disappoint. We began at the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott in Harbor East where both the bride and groom got ready with their family and closest friends. A short ride to Canton led us to the enormous and stunning St. Casimir’s Catholic Church for a beautiful ceremony. After some photos and a brief cameo from their dog Bane we stopped by the Canton Waterfront Park for a few more portraits before heading to Mt. Washington Tavern. Once the party got started it didn’t really slow down for the rest of the night. What better way to ring in the new year! Watch the slideshow or scroll through the photos below.
Mt. Washington Tavern Wedding
St. Casimir’s Church in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore is probably the largest church we have photographed a wedding in. Stretching an entire city block, we got quite a workout just moving around the venue. After the ceremony and a brief portrait session at Canton Waterfront Park, we headed up to the Mt. Washington Tavern for the wedding reception. Truly a great space for an intimate reception. The fact that it was new year’s eve meant that everyone was ready to party and you can see that they definitely did.
I haven’t even said one word about the food. But really the food was amazing. I had a blast working with Colin and Kristen. They were a really fun couple and had a really great group of friends and family.
